The company has been incorporated in 2002 under the company Act.1994 named as Baishakhi Spinning Mills Ltd. The factory is established at Char Suzapur, Karar Char, P.S. Shibpur, Dist.: Narsingdi. The overall management of the company’s business is vested in its Board of Directors. The Managing Director is the overall responsibility of day-to-day affairs of the company. Other Directors of the company for its efficient management are closely assisting him. Managing Director is accountable to the Board of Directors for all affairs of the company. The organization structure of the company is based on line and staff method. The job responsibility of all aspects of management is clearly defined by the Managing Director and which will have to be vetted by the Board of Directors of the company.

PRODUCTION PROCESS: Baishakhi Spinning Mills Ltd (BSML) spinning with its 30,400 spindles (Ring) is one of the most modern spinning mills of the country. It is equipped with most modern machinery and equipment; this unit is feeding the domestic Spinning factories of the country. Baishakhi Spinning Mills Ltd (BSML) is mainly engaged in the manufacturing of 50/1s to 80/1s count cotton yarn of carded type only for the domestic market. BSML has the capacity to produce 12,000 lbs day with attaining capacity of 85% to 90%. BSML is equipped with local, Chinese and Indian machinery. The main power used in the factory comes mainly from own substation and generator. BSML imports most of its raw materials from West Africa, India, Australia, USA, Brazil and Austria directly from international traders and suppliers in the context of Cotton Trade.
